Gift Cards

T-shirts and sweatshirts purchased at BornFree.online must be returned in original condition via mail within a 30-day window of purchase, and the original receipt must be included.  There are two receipt options: paper receipt or digital receipt.  Returns will be refunded to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. Example: Credit Card, Gift Card or Cash. 

Customers who desire a refund must submit a refund label request email through our contact page.  The email must include the purchaser's  name, the name of the item, date of purchase, and a receipt number.  A packaging label will be forwarded to be included in the return.  Refund payments will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on non-clothing items.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, effective February 1, 2022, we are suspending product returns or exchanges on items that do not meet the following criteria:

                      - item arrived damaged

                      - wrong item sent
